What I most appreciate (well, one of the many things) about Sydney and her coaching are the constant cues she provides for good form. It’s super helpful to be reminded to plant the heel, take the row back to the shoulder, lift the chest fly around the rib cage, etc. This is what sets her personal training apart and makes it personal. Without the trainer giving cues and instructions, it’s like working out alone. I am grateful for Sydney’s expertise and her willingness to teach us!

Me too. I was working out with another trainer, and after doing Sydney's for the first time in 8 months, I realized this is safer for my body 67 with Arthritis than watching and listening for the dings for the next window.

This work out made me sweat so much. I finished summer time fine! The hardest challenge in the beginning of my fitness journey. I finished Stronger! And now day 2 of upbeat!! This workout made my body hurt the next day. What a great challenge Sydney. Thank you so much for standing with us throughout our workouts. I couldn’t have done this life style change without you

I love the colored dumbbells! It's easy to see which weight Sydney is using so I can adjust accordingly. Someday I will be able to match her weights and be as strong as her. These workouts are amazing!! Thank you, Sydney for always being here for us!

I've been following you and doing your workout for years and you honestly saved my live twice now. I've had some really hard times and what got me through and out of depression was doing your workouts, no kidding. Your energy and the way I feel after doing these plus the way you keep your viewers motivatet along the way... I can not thank you enough for what you're doing! Also your workouts are the only ones where I always feel exhausted after and like I did everything the right way!

I wish I could attach the picture of the little slug that decided to join me for cool down! 🐛 It scared the crap out of me and almost gave me a heart attack! It seemed ironic that he showed up right after the "Dead Bugs" section of the workout! The joys and blessings of working out outdoors.

Somehow you always say what I need to hear! I haven't been very kind to myself despite all the effort I'm putting in. Today you reminded me to look at how far I've come since the start of the year & that it's not just about how the clothes fit or what the scale says. Slow progress is better than no progress 🎉 I've achieved so much this year & I should feel proud ❤ also I can finally do deadbugs again 🎉🎉🎉

Oh my goodness Sydney! Sooo many great things about this workout. 1. Your outfit & shoes 2. The colorful dumbells. My 15 lb dumbells are like yours but teal. I absolutely love them. 3. I liked this because it was different. It’s not always about being strong, vulnerability is integral to authenticity. I’m fine with dialling it back a bit physically so I can also really feel fears if necessary. I feel better if I can do the exercises reasonably 🎉.
