Ive watched 3 of your videos tonight. I cant thank you enough. This has been the worst week of the worst year of my life that culminated in my 1st panic attack. I honestly didn't see any way out until i bumped in to your videos. From my core - thank you. No amount of $ will ever be enough to repay.

Steph.. I needed this video… and today so desperately. This Friday is my Pretrial divorce hearing. I’m divorcing a narcissist, my mom is a narcissist, and I am an empath. In therapy yesterday I was told to try to stay away from the what ifs/the rabbit hole. This video helps me understand why I’m feeling that sick to my stomach feeling that I’ve always had. I’ve always been a “people pleaser” and the love for my 3 year old son gave me the courage to leave my husband last October. He has not responded to any proposals and now we are finally getting in front of a judge. And the overflowing feelings I’ve had my whole life are trying to take over. I’m going to listen to this video over and over this week. Thank you so much.

I was married to a narcissist doctor and he played his status to the end. We were married only 2 years in our late 60’s. He was relentless. Ask for 271 sanctions to have him pay for trial. Since he was u cooperative. Try to get spousal and child support to make a living for yourselves. IGNORE HIM. Hopefully he won’t want anytime do with the children. Set him free and you will be free. Don’t step back or go back. Please ✝️✝️💟

I have done this kind of thinking since childhood. I had trauma all growing up, and didn’t realize this “fear of the worst outcome” habits was my brain trying to protect myself. It’s crazy how I have been an addict to this kind of thinking from being scared to death multiple times in my life but now I know what to change. Thank you for making these videos! They are truly a blessing and changing my thinking patterns will literally save my life.

Be careful and question your therapist before you hire them. Some of them are incompetent. Some are narcissists themselves. It will do more damage if you get one that gaslights you as the narc did.

Same here being bullied, mobbed, gaslighting, harassed at the hospital for over 12 years. I've happened to be the top worker for 38 years and have never been suspended. These bullies are jealous and miserable people. Union, manager, HR and the police are all totally useless. Bullies are lazy bums and stupid managers are scared of the bullies. They say about me I'm crazy, I drink, I'm a stalker all bs defamation of character. The biggest mistake since they removed disciplinary measures. They should arrest the bullies and fire the manager. Action speaks louder than nasty words. It destroyed my reputation. I will never quit to make these lazy bums ever win. If I decide to transfer to another hospital and may start mobbing once again, I don't know all the managers ect like in every department like now. So best to not change hospitals. I will never let bullies try to control me from quitting. Never let these low life lazy bums win ever win.

It's crazy how the mind can spiral BUT you can have more control over it. You just have to start slowing and give yourself praise when you do reframe a fear thought or tell that negative thought to bug off.

I agree with you 100% on what you say but as an ADD male from a young age I know my thoughts are scattered sometimes and it takes me longer to come to a conclusion and if you work there is not enough time to think especially me I do a very dangerous job and physical job. I can't think things out on the job but my free time fails me because my brain is spinning trying to process information pro.s vs cons etc. Someone without ADD for example might not need so much time to process their scattered thoughts. I just need to know when I have gathered all required information, Processed it and not go back.

@BriannaPresto Жыл бұрын
In my opinion, would I prefer credentials over someone with experience and success on a matter? Absolutely not. Anyone can get a degree or certified or licensed in a field, but how many of such people have actually experienced and lived through such things? I, myself, chose someone who can relate and actually experienced the hardships and have successfully removed themselves and healed and continuously grow.

@@markrichards6863credentials simply means you took some tests and answered the questions correctly. Almost anyone can do that. Doesnt mean anythung. Its all for the government to charge and regulate the industries. Stop being such a sheep. What's your hang up on credentials lmao

@@user_abcxyzz No, I received therapeutic counseling from a highly trained psychologist, affiliated with a major teaching hospital. I was diagnosed with a serious anxiety disorder and successfullly treatment with medication and therapy, until I could learn new behavioral techniques, to set up new patterns in my life, so that I would no longer need medication. Whereas you put your rust in untrained quacks.
