You can’t be a ball hog and average 10 assists a game for 3 straight seasons. Also he’s thriving at the rockets right now.

T E if you watched Westbrook play you’d know that those assists are a very deceiving, a) many of his assists come within the last few seconds of possession and his repeated attempts to slash don’t work, and b) you have to be handling the ball a lot to even have the opportunity to distribute that many pass and scores. Did Westbrook really make PG13 better, or did George just finally grasp OKC’s system after a year and take over (especially considering the fact that George is the better player, that shouldn’t be surprising) And you’re acting like it’s a surprise that Russ is succeeding in H town? Harden and Westbrook cover each other’s weaknesses excellently. I’m not trying to take away from Westbrook’s abilities as a player, he is an excellent one who plays off momentum and can take over a game of you let him. But to make him out as some boba dude, top 5 talent in the league is preposterous
