Dumpty's own "lawyers" actually requested the summary judgment. The prosecution did too, but with all the evidence already there, his lawyers basically said "he's guilty, let's save our time and cut to the chase" 😂

To survive a summary judgment motion ALL you have to do is produce even the slightest scintilla of evidence to rebut the other side's assertions. Trump's lawyers failed miserably at this. Anything that either proposes to undercut the moving parties summary judgement motion or raise adequate defenses against the assertions kills the SJ motion. And they failed at this!
