bron bron needs to get this game 3 because it's gonna be open season on him til he makes it back to the finals again. i'm no cavs fan but the only thing lebron can do to save face is to get a win back home. other than that the cavs don't have a chance against this stacked roster. kd robbed the league of competition back in july '16. 29 other teams are playing for 2nd place until that core is dismantled. i miss my nba.. go blazers!

@@vivianpangilinan9783 in game 1 Lebron and love were the only players for the Cavs to score over 10pts. JR was the only other player in double digits and shot 3 for 10. Name a finals team anybody except Lebron couldve started for in the Modern NBA era? Because even Love was playing like a Bench player that entire series.

Parth Sharma You’re right but they stick to the areas where they’re knowledgeable. Skip has primarily covered LeBron/basketball and Shannon Lebron and the NFL. If they started trying to talk world cup or hockey it would be so weird and people will definitely say they should stick to what they know. I do agree this was too much though

2:13 Skip as a Jordan fan I cant say in Game 6 against the Jazz they literally said, "Jordan running on fumes." Insinuating that he's tired. Even the GOAT got tired and it was noticeable. Especially that year in '98. BUT Jordan himself would never say it.

@johead8516
@johead8516 3 жыл бұрын
Skip ain’t throwing shade... here’s the thing... Lebron James top 3 top 5 best player all time... rather than Lebron worry about his own career achievements he always brings up the name Michael Jordan and since Lebron does that the media follows and what that start is a war between Jordan and Lebron... Skip who I agree with 100% on this topic has been critical of Lebron and points out Lebron’s weakness on the basketball court... this is where the story stops..... but then time after time Lebron James always brings up the name Michael Jordan and again the media follows... Skip doesn’t wake up and say ok I’m gonna call out LeBron James today and criticize everything he’s done in his career... like in this video Shannon Sharpe brings up the name Michael Jordan... what all this means is that Skip has been critical of Lebron but his criticism stops but by Lebron James and the media always bringing up Jordan’s name it keeps the flood gates open for criticism of Lebron James.... so in a way Lebron is allowing the criticism to keep going by always mentioning Michael Jordan.... If Lebron or anybody else just focus on his own career and stop bringing up Michael Jordan’s name then the criticism stops

Maybe if LeBron sacrificed some of his numbers maybe he'd win more, I mean we've never seen him do that before. So maybe instead of averaging 9-10 rebounds you let Tristan and Love crash the boards more because the ultimate goal is winning by any means and sometimes that means sacrificing your numbers. We live in a day and age where it doesn't matter if the team loses so long as the best player on the team gets his numbers. Jordan got ridiculed for putting up big numbers but not being able to win it big. But with LeBron it's the complete opposite, he gets praised for putting up big numbers in a losing effort.

Lebron put this on himself. The Cavs didn't want to sign Tristan Thompson, but Lebron said Pay Him. So he got a Max Deal. TT is a Scrub. The Cavs didn't want J.R but Lebron said sign him so they did. J.R is a Washed Up. Now we wanna say Lebrons teammates are trash and throw a petty party for him. He put himself in this position.

No Shannon, LeBron is not ASKED to do anything. LeBron chooses to be the point guard, shooting guard and forward in his team. That's why George Hill, Jordan Clarkson and Rodney Hood have struggled to adapt. It's the LeBron System, where, in order to get his stats and achieve his "triple threat" status, he needs to control the ball from one side of the court to the other. MJ was so obsessed with winning that he understood he had to let his point guard do his job and he needed to focus on and dominate other aspects of the game.

Someone need to hold lebron accountable for all of this and the Cavaliers. For making lebron GM and he listened to a person that made shaqtin a fool in the finals, and threw soup at the assistant coach. Lebron had plenty of help with wade, rose, crowder, jefferson,shumpert, and frye. And chose clarkson,hood, nance jr, and hill. This is all lebrons fault, he had a way better supporting cast than he have now. And they done there jobs for different teams in the playoffs. No excuse. If hes tired . Than lebron need to really look himself in the mirror. And have to man up and say I fd up. Because he can get blame for this.

Ya his team may not be as good as GS this year but he still has enough help WAY more than some teams. Love is still a 20/10 guy, Hood was a 17PPG in UTAH this year, Hill was a 17PPG, Tristan is the 4th Ovr pick, Nance a 1st rounder, Korver a knock down 3 shooter, Green is a good player and couple 17PPG years. Yes GS developed talent better but Bron could have had Wiggins AND Kyrie and space but he made BOTH leave so it is what it is he MADE this team. I could care less if he losses

How ?? Guy has been a 18/11 guy Reg season since he has been there and the TOR series was great and killed them and has been good both games so far in these Finals. He could be better but they don't use him proper most times and turned him Like Bosh into a Spot up 3pt shooter so Bron can have the Lane and that was NEVER his game in MINN. He was a BEAST on the Boards and got enough points in the post. Now its just go stand over there and wait for a 3

Kukoc was alright but Love is better than Kukoc. Rodman got 4-5 PPG LOL So he did NOTHING on O so MJ carried him on O all day way more than Bron carries Tristan or Green on O. Love gets easily just as good of numbers as Kukoc so you whole thing is DUMB AF

Cavs 1. The owner and general manager is to blame for assembling this garbage team around a Lebron and for letting Rose, wade,I. Thomas, Crawford and Jefferson go for worse players.... 2. ‎ There's no plays being ran on offense or defense. Coach Lue fault. 3. ‎They can't hit shots 4. ‎They can't play one on one 5. ‎soft on Defense not aggressive . No hunger or fight in them. 6. ‎Cant rebound or box out 7. ‎turn ball over 8. ‎No full court press 9. ‎Cant defend at all and keep up with opposite team players. 10. ‎No team ball at all.

Derrick Martinez Cavs can't rebound you say? Why did they out rebound the warriors a total of 95-80 across both games 1 and 2? Kevin love got 10 boards last game and grabbed 13 in the first game. Larry Nance grabbed 11 in the first game and then 6 in the last. Rebounding is not the problem.

Cleveland is Lebron Country. Lebron does what he wants in Cleveland. Cleveland Cavs run the Bron system. Meaning guards give the ball to Lebron and go stand on the perimeter. Lebron is not a guard. And he stands in the lane and does not often times rotate over. For that reason and more many teams do not want Lebron. In the Bron system everyone's (teammates) game suffers and sacrifices except for Lebron. The Bron system hurts the development of young players. I respect the King but I hope that he stays in Cleveland. And hopefully players will come and play with him. Because he is a great player. Year after year he wins the conference and gets to the Finals.

@programR3 6 жыл бұрын
I hear ya bro. My thing is I respect his body of work. When one considers the many years and hours that hes' done his thing at a high level, he has my respect in that regard. My problem is the system in Cleveland. It's not a system done the right way in my opinion. If it was we would see more teamwork, more happiness on the floor for each other instead of the suffocation and evaporation of multiple NBA players game. When players leave Cleveland their individual game often times tend to improve. When at Cleveland you hear "that he needs more help". The point is his help is not Properly given an honest chance to properly participate because Bron always has the ball. You have players that literally want to do something but don't know what or when to do it. Therefore zero chemistry bro. You basically get the ball when he says you get the ball or it happens to end up in your hands:)And Coach Lue allows it all to happen. There is no chance of acquiring any kind of rhythm. You must be a player that can shoot on demand going through long periods of not touching the ball. Even the starters are sometimes treated like bench players. Meaning they might get 3 shots the whole quarter. The trade off is you get to the finals. By the way Korver should be getting more minutes. Anyway just an opinion bro. Peace.
