I think Stephon and a Lamelo ball would be a perfect match to go along with Brandon Miller. Lamelo and Stephon could interchange positions. One guy plays the point and the other guy plays the shooting guard. Brandon Miller and Miles Bridges should see a lot of scoring looks.

Lebron, Zion, Embiid, Ant and Giannis off the top of my head, are the only freak athletes that are top 20 players in the league. Jokic, Luka, Tatum, Steph, Kyrie, KD, Booker, Brunson, Halliburton, AD, Kawhi, PG, Dame, Sabonis, Banchero, Harden, etc etc are all elite players (or were) without elite athleticism.

I see it too. But he's gonna be a helluva role player, the type that could be one of the main others on a championshop team and consistently give you a lil bit of everything in a playoff series averagin 15ppg, 5 reb, 5apg, 2 steals to compliment your stars. And occasionally hell go off for a 20 or 30 bomb. He's gonna be a solid player for a long time with the way he plays.
@AlexScarbrough-nn8lt8 ай бұрын
@@mrjonsey exactly my point unless you have a top 20 player mostly all role players are interchangeable Denver is good because of Jokic, Gordon, Murray. Not to say the other players are trash but substituting mpj for Herb Jones, bogon on the hawks, Harrison Barnes would produce the exact same result. Role players are not going to raise the profile of a team unless a star comes in during their contract. Most likely they don’t even play for the team anyway and go somewhere else and blossom on a bottom team. Collin Sexton. Or a more stacked team Aaron Gordon. The chance of a role player sticking on their first team is usually low. They will be in about 3-6 years go somewhere else as trade capital or FA so the pick usually means nothing for the original team.
@mrjonsey8 ай бұрын
@@AlexScarbrough-nn8lt there are different levels to role players. He can be a Jrue Holiday type of player and that kind of player isn’t a star but highly valuable.
@AlexScarbrough-nn8lt8 ай бұрын
@@mrjonsey and what did Kure holiday do his first 8 years in the league for Philly and New Orleans? Absolutely nothing. Any good role player is not going to make a impact for like 5-10 years when they go to a new team unless they go to a team that’s already stacked like Pritchard and can just play a role with no pressure. So they are not even worth talking about right now. Whatever team drafts him won’t go anywhere and he’ll be somewhere else in 5 years. Not to say he won’t be good at some point. But the chances of him making an impact to his drafting team is slim to none
