Story Summary :-
During the pandemic, OP's parents contracted the virus, and although they recovered from it, they suffered a severe aftermath. OP is from a family of four siblings, and the second sister was the most attached to the parents, but this was purely for convenience, because when they became critical again, she knew the fate that awaited them, so she began to take up all their time, to make it look like the other siblings were not making an effort to help their parents. Then the worst happens, both parents pass away just a week apart, and OP gets emotional.
Despite OP’s concerns, her parents decided to leave the house to Becca after they passed away, believing she was the only one who consistently cared for them. A year later, Becca got sick and expected the family to help her, but they refused, feeling that she had manipulated their parents for her own gain.
She is taken care of by her children, and when she tries to ask the family for help, they all blame her for having invested her money better instead of spending it all on empty luxuries. OP leads the whole family to not care for her sister, and her speech is so convincing, that even her sister’s children consider leaving their mom after her selfish behavior. In the end, the sister manages to recover, but ends up with a similar aftermath all over her body, leaving her with ugly scars.
