I love the Candy Labs videos. I already watch Lofty Pursuits so it's interesting to see a slightly different take on how to do hard candy. Most of the methods are the same, but there are a few differences here and there.

They are 🤷🏿, but the weather where Lofty Pursuits is makes adding extra details harder because we have to work so quickly before the candy cools. Plus, we only have one person making candy not 2. I'm always amazed and jelly by the quality of Candy Lab's work & what they can achieve!

(Like, they use all the candy they make to make the shaped candy, and this is pretty awesome already lol)

im watching your videos since 2016.. and one thing never changed; you never involved your co-workers.. to someone who doesnt know you guys it seems like you are very distanced. what i personally am missing is some joy making this.. not from your side, but your co-workers... i really like how absolutely nice they are able to roll this all up! and they can do it even with thick gloves on! this is really relaxing to watch, so give your girls some credit! they deserve it! thanks for your hard work, id really like to order from you some time if i ever have some spare money! looks super tasty!

No you won't burn your mouth, it would just be really warm when its at the taffy like consistency. If you try to put it in your mouth when it is still mostly syrup on the inside then yes it will burn your mouth.

I actually got a VERY fresh hard candy once... it's weird because it's soft when you start biting but when you try to pull back it gets really hard.
