Defintely the best Character, with the best character development. He sacrified himself so many times to protect the children or somebody else. He is madly in love with Nancy but accepts the fact that she is in love with Jonathan. But when Dustin was at his lowest he was there, when Jonathan needed his help he was there, and after he was rejected by Robin he was there to support here. Steve is really underrated....
