I have a personally autographed copy of Steve’s book “Are You Ready Steve” with my name in it. He also added a note, “Hope it stopped snowing. S.P.” as there had been a recent blizzard in my area. About a month later, I got an autographed copy of his book in the mail-not with my name in it, but his signature. Because I couldn’t keep something that I didn’t buy, I knew it was the right thing to do that I return the book to him-only I didn’t have his address nor did I know where to mail the book to. So I emailed the contact that I had from where I was able to get my book from and explained the situation. She told me where to mail the book to and added, “Steve appreciates what you’re doing.” It meant a lot to me that Steve let me know that. From what I’m listening to here, he sounded like a nice guy who appreciated honesty from people.
