Yea, when you're fleecing people, its ez to be nice..imagine these old people were coming and had no money to spend, find out their credit card for the room was declined and they had no money for the airport. When you're not expecting ANYTHING from them and go out of your way to help, that is where it really counts.

The man going to get the medicine bag is actually a bad example. A more efficient way would have been to get a local doctor to write out prescriptions for the insulin and the hotel pay the medicine charges as a nice gesture. I think most of these big casino/hotels have an in house doctor anyways.
