@redeye1016 Жыл бұрын
They may not relate to other people, in the same way they do for you. It’s ok. Chill
@MintySomething Жыл бұрын
i get the sentiment but honestly, if there's less interest for food content then that's just that, it has nothing to do with "deserving" or people sleeping on it. also comfort doesn't mean the same thing to everyone. to be very honest, personally, when im eating instant ramen for the third night in a row because that's what i can afford that week, watching some guy fly across the planet to stuff himself with food until he feels sick is pretty much the opposite of comfort for me
@faeraindrops Жыл бұрын
Istg you can say apples are great and you'll get people under your comment section going "SO YOU HATE PINEAPPLES". OP never stated that everyone has to find comfort in these videos. THEY LITERALLY said "these videos are so fucking comforting for me and others" what is so hard about comprehending that sentence? Also i agree, because a lot of watcher fans were unsolved fans at one point, they mostly tune into ryan and shane. Which honestly makes me feel like people pay little to no attention to steven unless he's with them
@MintySomething Жыл бұрын
@@faeraindrops? what are you talking about, that's literally what we both said - "they may not relate to other people the same way they do for you" and "comfort doesn't mean the same thing to everyone". we just said that it's normal that not all content appeals to the same amount of people
@securityvau1t Жыл бұрын
@@MintySomething It's completely validated that viewing someone with excess can breed discomfort; it's why people might ignore or scoff at those who seem to live in a completely alternate universe from them. That being said, OP seems to be dealing with an eating disorder, which is a different issue from yours. Certain eating disorders may cause one to lose their appetite and have trouble eating much at all, which is why communal eating (or in this case, a limited sense of it) can be beneficial in encouraging those affected to eat in an environment free of guilt. I don't think OP's comment should be taken too literally or personally if what faeraindrops said is right about the Unsolved crowd. (Worth It has and still is a very popular series too, though.) Misunderstandings from you and fae aside, both your and OP's reasoning is valid. It is curious that you'd watch something uncomfortable, but I guess we're free to view whatever content we'd like. Thanks to both of you for sharing your insight.

I think Korean is just so-so for vegans, based on my experience. There is definitely some food (wonderful food) to be had that fits the bill, but there are only a handful of restaurants that truly offer up a wide array of vegan-friendly options.
