When they returned to their hotel suite, very late, Mick called Charlie’s room and asked him “where’s my drummer?” Watts put on his best suit and knocked on Jagger’s door. When Mick opened the door, BAM! Charlie’s punch made Mick careen off of a platter of food. This is all in Richard’s autobiography.

Who was just formed a year earlier..their former pro wrestler manager. Peter grant..((( greatest manager . Because he was the only manager on record..that gave his clients..only zeppelin at the time. 90 percent of all the money. Lol.. so..grant would get cash..its said at the time..grant was tge first n only manager in rock.to do this..n he wanted zeppelin! To close tge show on Monday morning..instead on hendrix..the promoters said no thank you..because at tge time..zeppelin didn't even have their first album out yet..was opening up for..vanilla fudge..Peter grant..sure had some balls.lol.))))))) one more thing marissa..sorry to keep running my big italian mouth.lol.. so of course marissa..Peter grant told the promoters to go fuck themselves.. another tidbit!! I had a buddy who instinctively knew when 11:11 came around. His mom had passed away at that exact time, and every day, just before lunch, he would ask someone what time it was.
