You can tell by this trash that Cho was completely out of touch with reality.
@WrightOnTarget7 жыл бұрын
Not really. It's shitty, but doesn't bely any real homicidal tendencies. It's just childish garbage, more fitting of a middle-schooler with a vocabulary and love for family guy than a college student. I don't even think it hints at a shitty home life, it's just what the guy thought was funny.
@E101ification5 жыл бұрын
@@WrightOnTarget Firstly, MattMonk didn't say it belied homicidal tendencies. He said it belied the fact Cho was out of touch with reality. And it does. Secondly, these 'plays' weren't meant to be comedies. Cho wasn't going for funny when he wrote these, he was going for serious drama. He wanted these plays to be taken seriously. I don't know why you'd assume these were intended to be comedies, there's no jokes or gags, failed or otherwise, and if there were O&A&J would be remarking on how much they bombed. The plays were intended as serious drama. That right there absolutely indicates this cunt was out of touch with reality.
@WrightOnTarget5 жыл бұрын
@@E101ification your first point is completely solid, I put words in OP's post where I shouldn't have. However, as someone who has experience with this sense of humor, they are quite obviously supposed to be comedies. Is there any source that Cho intended these as dramas? Because the dialogue is written like a particularly shitty family Guy episode.
@E101ification5 жыл бұрын
@@WrightOnTarget Sorry but I don't see it. I don't see any attempt at humour in those 'plays'. They seem to me to be Cho's attempts at semi-autobiography, he's clearly meant to be one of the characters in each play - someone who is the victim of injustice who we're all supposed to feel sorry for etc. They sound way more like whining in play form to me.

The play itself was almost impossible to listen to. And the NYT can't understand what they were getting at.
@E101ification6 жыл бұрын
The NYT is the biggest horseshit rag ever, nothing but insanely left-wing bias and propaganda. Honest to god, the history of the NYT's bullshit over the last century is staggering, it's not just recently. When Charles Milgram did his famous obedience to authority experiment in the 60s he received a torrent of abuse from both the media and academia by people who either didn't understand the importance of his findings, or didn't want to. The purpose of Milgram's experiment was to determine how so many ordinary people could have committed such atrocities under the Nazis, and whether there was a real risk that this could happen again (if it wasn't already happening) in Communist Russia. This torrent of hostility started with a New York Times article and snowballed from there. The New Times declared his findings pointless and his experiment 'unethical'. Why? Because his findings had profound relevance to what was going on in the Soviet Union at the time. The Soviet Union was a Communist, deeply Left Wing state and the NYT were, and still are, deeply sympathetic to the Soviets, Communism and anything Left in general. Mass torture and murder are fine to the NYT so long as it's in the name of Leftism, and they resented Charles Milgram's experiment for drawing attention to what was going on there. That's just one in a very long list of shitbag antics committed by the New York Times over the years. Sorry, went off on a bit of a tangent there. Opie sucks.

Brands become crap long before they become bankrupt. The NYT is just another example of that. They failed to see that by mocking and ridiculing this sociopaths “works” they were actually revealing how much of a childish unemotionally intelligent narcissist he was. One could say that the NYT lacks emotional intelligence, or just regular intelligence, for that matter.

Yeah... there's no way in hell that weirdo kid whose mom called in went to jail for what she said he went to jail for. First of all, it doesn't matter how much you've distanced yourself from him, if you have a son who's serving 35 years to life, you fucking remember exactly what charge got him thrown in there. Second, 35 years is a fucking long jail sentence, and, unless you were caught running a major manufacturing/trafficking operation, it's really hard to get that much jail time for drug offenses alone. Third, his mom not only gave up on him, but now has to take medication to even deal with the knowledge that she raised him, which are usually only things that a parent does after their child does something extraordinarily evil, and are definitely not things a parent of a drug offender would do. I say he definitely killed someone, rape was probably involved, and that it's very possible one or more of his victims were children. God, I wish one of the boys picked up on that so we could know the real story.

@danzigmcnaniel52267 жыл бұрын
Craig Blanton that’s not necessarily true... depending on what state she’s in. If he had multiple drug and violent priors he could definitely get hit with a heavy sentence like that. Also, that may just be the initial charges before lawyers get involved. If he had enough felony weight of coke/speed/dope for distribution they can try to nail him on x amount of years per x amount of weight. And if he doesn’t lawyer up properly he could get stuck with that sentence.
