family guy got canceled at least 2 times i believe(and not because of cancel culture). after the 99-2000 season, returned in the 2001 season and canceled again in 2002 all due to "poor viewership" because of the competition of other shows and switching their broadcasting days and times. 2005 was really the revival and it came because of cartoon networks purchasing of rerun rights to air on adult swim and because of the success and dvd sales family guy was again renewed by fox in 2004
