Nice one, fella. I haven't fished that river for a couple of years last time I fished it. I was down past burtons Bridge and I had a 3 half pound sea trout out of there

Nice one mate, my usual stretch. Some nice fish in those pools you were on. I find when it swollen like that just to do use 2 bbs without the float.

Cwmbran Angling section runs from Chain Bridge down to Burtons Biscuits Bridge. Pontypool Angling runs from Abersychan Firestation down to Chain Bridge. Google maps can help you locate these 👍🎣
