Make sure you are tracking everything. Remember there are calories in drinks as well. Since being with my coach for one month she has told me to increase my protein level :) I have eaten more protein & I feel like I am fuller for longer so I snack less. So definitely something to think about!♡

See your bmr did you take away your tdee allowance or did you just eat your bmr and was in a calorie deficit because of exercising? I don't exercise loads so I'm thinking maybe better taking calories off aswell xx

@@daniellebrogan8699 maybe have a look at your BMR (basal metabolic rate) this can change as you lose weight especially and this may be why you can plateau ❤️ I hope that helps xxx

“You assume orange juice is healthy but it’s full of calories”. Please be careful with this language - high calorie is not always the same thing is as unhealthy. It just might not be aligned with your goals.

I don’t think she said it wasn’t healthy just it is full of calories. It’s not that you shouldn’t have it, just be aware of the calories. As Juliet said people often assume because it’s liquid it’s calorie free. She is just saying people might think they’re in a calorie deficit but they’re not

I am loving these videos!! I was in the best shape of my life last year, really fit and healthy working out 5x a week and then just lost all motivation. It was so strange but I just gave up and have put 10lb on and just can’t get back to it. I’m 40 and I think peri-menopause might be creeping in which could be a part of it. Anyway, thank you Juliette for helping to motivate us all. Cant wait for the video with Matt ❤️
