This is my mom talking about my sister. I haven't finished the video yet, but I've already ugly cried three times lol. She sent this to me this morning and warned me it is very raw and open. I did not know I was in the room with her when she found out Cassi had died. I didn't know my mom didn't want her initially, and while it does make me sad, I am in no way angry or disappointed in my mom. I love her so very much and I know how strong she is. Just as my dad is her rock, my mom is my rock. Thank you so much for interviewing my mom. - Abbi

That was so beautiful Lori. Thank you for sharing about Cassidy. I'm so sorry for your loss. I cried along with you both, especially when you spoke about the compassion of your children and God's grace. Your scrapbook really was lovely to see also. I realized the pain never goes away when speaking with a couple then in their nineties who had also had a stillborn baby. It never goes away but it does become more bearable. You are never forgotten Spencer.

You have no idea how this hit home for me. I had my daughter in 1987, then proceeded to have four late stage miscarriages, which included a set of twins. Mine were between 1989-1992, when i finally had my son in 1992, when they discovered I had a autoimmune disorder. When one of the twins died, I also felt it..Im now almost 62 years old and the pain is still so real. Im so happy these women can share here, and show their grief. It was hard back then because it wasnt talked about. Thank you for doing this for them. It is so important for them to share.
