Dont worry too much about the oils or tinctures or powders. Grow it in yard and it grows very easily . Juice then daily for 2 weeks then give it a break . Handful everyday and you can add a beetroot and apple for flavour . It works !

Personal use guys i drink 3-4 cups of nettle tea daily also after i fInish with the leafs and they are all cold and soaky 30m to 1 hour later i massage the wet leafs directly in the scalp 3 weeks doing that i noticed slight hair regrowth in scalp, where hair had been gone for a long time it starts appearing i didnt notice any kind of side effect i could say i feel better

@SithDarthMaul i only did it for like half a month bro it helped 8-10% but dont have more info on this and not sure whats actually helped drinking it or massaging it drinking have very good benefits on its own not just for scalp massaging it u arent supposed to wash it for an hour or so if u have thinning hair just trim it with a shaver and keep it that way thin hair break easier the longer they are that way u prolong their life and dont look like mess just shave very short it works afterwards use strengthening remedies and shit

It makes sense as I heard on some tiktok video that hair loss is sadly contributed by our gut and this man the presenter is quite spot on, I didn't put the two together until this presenter put all the facts into play at what can be causing the problem with hair loss or male pattern hair loss, I can understand since I got bald about two years ago, there was a problem with my diet and my gut wasn't that great, piles and stress and long nights of not sleeping..I've stopped all that lifestyle now andy hair is mostly all there, it's just where the hair has thinned out, I will be trying this nettles as we have so much down the road, it's nettle heaven down where I live, so will try the root, and have tried the leaves but never the roots. I drink tea and put the tincture in the tea with honey. Then take nettle pills Then put the nettle on my hair I literally have had thicker and more hair growth. It was solely from stress. Nettle alone is the cure just takes a few months

Omgosh you answer questions ! Unlike a lot of KZbinrs. Some years ago I bought nettle root pills from Hyperion herbs . I Use nettle leaf from SOLARAY and I do well with them . But when I used those nettle root pills , I felt like burning and also indigestion . And I also felt like a weird feeling near my ear like a nodule got bothered or something . I have crohns . @@ml5554 Problem with SP is it has the same negative effects of low libido/erectile dysfunction. Stinging nettle is the opposite. It actually helps block DHT (which causes baldness) and boosts your sex drive (PS: It is also used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction). In my opinion stinging nettle is your best bet. Cheers!
