Stinky Car Air? Here is WHY and a FIX!

NOTE: The air intake on this car is actually right below the left side (standing in front of the car) right behind the battery. The way I did it still worked just fine as the mist got sucked into the vent, but I'd recommend spray below the cowl behind the battery.

The exterior holes that you show at the base of the windshield and under the hood are the drain holes for water. They each drain into the tube on each side onto the ground. The vent that you show under the passenger side is a HVAC vent, not an air intake vent.

Thanks, you are correct. Looks like the air intake is right behind it behind the battery! I'll pin a comment.. but surprisingly, it worked great as the mist was in the right area.

Love your videos but Lysol spray is pretty toxic to use in enclosed areas. Use non toxic option instead. Stay safe out 🌎 also the car scents and car fragrances are all toxic as well.

Thanks for the warning! That’s why I mentioned that the windows or doors should be open and to run it for 10-15 minutes after. Should be safe after. Do you know any non toxic disinfectants? I guess isopropyl alcohol could be used, but I’m not sure.
