The powder puff worked perfectly for the downy chicks. And the stained cotton added just the right color. Indeed, you are a mixed media artist. I just wanted you to know that because of your beautiful soul and your willingness to share your art with the world it has truly encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and take my work to the next level. I incorporated paper designs (plain printer paper, nothing fancy..lol) on my current embroidery piece that I painted with watercolors and stitched on to the fabric...it is actually quite cool if i do say so myself (lol), and I never give myself grace, i am quite critical of my work, like most artist.....Thank you for entering this space and being sooooooo amazing............I am benefiting greatly from your skillset. Another thing I learned first from you my friend. Never heard of Momigami before. I can’t wait to try, the texture seems lovely and I think it would be great for my journals. I always life to include different textures to my pieces and I think this leather like paper will be amazing. Thanks again for all the inspiration Marion. You should be extremely proud of your wee owls, they look so real, so adorable, and the bark of the tree is a masterpiece indeed!

Oh . I think it would work very well for your journals. There are some proper tutorials out there. It's worth having a look about. Maybe starting with thinner paper than I did too. I've heard that brown paper bags end up looking like proper leather!
