Hi there, KZbin was friendly enough to propose your video to me. Never heard of Momigami before, only knew Origami. I am really glad that you used a gel print. I have some that I don't like too much which can be used to give this a try with oil and maybe lotion as well. Your pieces turned out stunning! Thanks for sharing. Greetings from Germany, Andrea

This came up in my feed. Probably because I was recently watching another mixed media KZbinr talking about recently coming across it. Looks great, must try it sometime.

Hi mai-ja...Thanks for the comment. I actually discovered how to make momigami with hand lotion that I find less messy and easier to use when finished..same method of crumbling and adding lotion...have fun!

@@treemaidenart Ooh thank you for the tip! I really gotta give this technique a try. I am trying to start and include some more mixed media techniques in my paintings and more textures and this seems like it would be super interesting! Lots of love from Finland!

I just learned about this MOMIGAMI paper 4 days ago via Pinterest and I don’t know why. I finally tried it today and it’s gonna take awhile before I get something I really like. I found you via another KZbinr who learned the process from your video.
