5:30 - we're taught in the UK to turn your sirens off in such circumstances. You WANT the offender to be delayed so other cops can catch up or set up ahead. Trying to make traffic rush out the way only helps the offender. Great vids as always

Nice to see successful takedowns...but I do wish they'd stop using that ridiculous phrase "failed to..." "Fail to..." implies an attempt to do something which was not successful. Not one of these thugs ever attempted to stop, or follow orders; quite the contrary, they willfully disobeyed and disregarded. They did not "fail to..." anything, unless you want to count escape.

I don't know if it would matter if those Troopers went there. LEOs can only do what the law for that state allows them to do. Arkansas gives their Troopers lots of freedom. Too many states restrict their officers so much they can't even do their jobs properly.
