Watching the series, I was sooo scared for Felicia's mental health, I was terrified when her brother left and I honestly didn't think she could deprogram. Felicia is helping so many people by telling her story and it's also part of her healing. I pray Larry's daughter heals too.

It’s brave that she’s letting cameras and all these people surround her while she’s telling her story. Reliving all of those painful memories. Some she may even be ashamed to speak about. It’s brave that she is able to speak up when she was silenced for so many years. She is brave for showing that she’s a human and vulnerable. She was very brave.

It was not a typical dorm. It was an on campus townhouse 5 single bedrooms - a kitchen - a living room. 2 guys and 3 girls lived there. Larry's daughter asked if he could stay for a few weeks - the real crazy cult stuff took place once Larry moved to a Manhattan apartment. It was not a typical dorm with an R A down the hall.

It's a hard row to hoe breaking free from people who are so evil. Breaking free of the lies, the indoctrination, the nightmares, the inability to even think straight and finding your own strength, your own will, your own life, and who you were meant to be before this horror came into your life. No one "allows" this kind of treatment to happen to them. We end up there because the person manipulating us does it so slowly that we are not even aware of what is happening until we are beyond being able to help ourselves get out. It is a miracle that many of these people are still living and are free of this man. Keep on moving forward. Everything he said/did to you was a lie/power play, it was not truth and it is not your truth anymore. You can remake yourselves in any way you chose. It wasn’t her that was easily manipulated.
