Hi if drink protein shake vegan naked add 3 tablespoons of yogurt and hand full of pumpkin seed I’m feeling full I don’t have appetite to or drink when I drink 9: 30 I want gym 10 am finished 11 ama after work out what can drink or eat I’m feeling full I m feeling inflated like bloon my stomach is becoming fully when you ate food. Please what aspecific drinks or breakfast do I eat not causing fully or if drink protein shake I will feel fully satisfied how can I have drink and feel hungry not feeling swell and full. Thank you
