Now I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful, but I’m just a simple minded man. So I didn’t get shit done with my training cause I was "distracted" all the time... Now I train home alone. Those things are all you really need. No use (for some people) for an entire home-built gymnasium that's the equivalent to a 24 Hour Fitness or a Gold's Gym, just a basic, set, several pounds of weights either barbell or kettlebell, then get to it! You can have the luxury of blasting your own music also. That's a plus.
