Richard Grzela Hell I will drink to that buddy! I used to train in a gym, but every time I did no matter what machine or area in the gym I was. Hot ass bimbos in tight yoga pants would always start doing their damn exercises and stretch moves in front or right next to me. Now I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful, but I’m just a simple minded man. So I didn’t get shit done with my training cause I was "distracted" all the time... Now I train home alone. And it is the best thing I ever did.

I love this setup!! Honestly machines etc are useless. Basic free weight set up will give your body overall full development. Basic barbell, adjustable dumbells, pull up bar and dip station are all u really need! If you are a cable buff u can always use resistance bands tbh.

Those things are all you really need. No use (for some people) for an entire home-built gymnasium that's the equivalent to a 24 Hour Fitness or a Gold's Gym, just a basic, set, several pounds of weights either barbell or kettlebell, then get to it! You can have the luxury of blasting your own music also. That's a plus.
