When people tell you that alcohol will kill your gains, tell them to look at Stone Cold.
@MS-mr4zm3 жыл бұрын
It’s like anything….you can damage your body w/ alcohol as long as you’re willing to put in the right nutrition/recovery/training after the fact to repair & then some, which starts w/ drinking a glass of water for every drink of alcohol, hydrating heavily w/ electrolytes before you go to bed, waking up early & going for a run + a sauna + a cold shower after w/ a clean breakfast of egg whites & black coffee & dry Ezekiel toast, then yeah you can got get wrecked on the reg & stay in shape like stone cold

The majority of people don't understand that is easier to convert fat that you eat in body fat that you storage than carbs and if you do a hardcore workout when you become glycogen depleted the body start to consume your muscules, that why is so important to eat fast digesting carbs before or intraworkout.

Mike's switching between hasn't got a clue about varying diets only knows what he does. Basic bodybuilding diet really carbs protein 2 grams per 1lb of body weight calories high. Play with them when your bodies in routine. It's running that way food routine training routine. Body settles after about a year then it's easy to manipulate. Take a meal out even. Do the same thing you will see a difference. Or he doesn't want to let to much go. Because he wants people to pay for his knowledge basically.
