Rustic Bread Recipe:
500 grams of flour.
400 ml warm water.
1 teaspoon of salt.
5 grams of dry yeast.
100 grams of flour.
Bake at 190°C (390°F) for 35-40 minutes.

I just made this tonight and it is amazing!! Thin but crunchy crust, smells great, soft inside. Even the bottom is thin and not too hard or dense! Very easy method for what seemed to be a very wet dough to start with. I’m making this all the time now
