Can you show a demonstration of fixing ball damage

Whenever it’s the pair, it’s usually our urethane tracks are destroyed in our ball lift

Nothing to do with the dashot adjustment but I have a A2that when the five pin goes through the chute none of the rest of the pins drop What causes this ???

I just had to fix that issue today. It was a frozen bearing up front for the spider cam. The bearing on the front of the Turret Frame. I would check there first seems to be the usual suspect

Solar pinsetter 82 it just keeps Recycling and recycling resetting resetting wiping out pins and resetting what can stop that

The stop collar could have something to do with it, but I’d look into your gearbox clutch adjustments. Another possibility would be your 180 adjustment. Hope that helps!

why is the dashpot located in the 4:1 housing? how does the 4:1 work with the dashpot?

The dash pot and 4:1 are their own things. I assume they put it in that house cause that’s where the linkage lines up

@shawnmbowling lol. Rake drops sweeps the pins off the deck. Then won't reset the pins back down on the deck. They pretty much just hang from the deck until we use the 180 lever for the deck to set them back down into place...

Yeah hanging 180 it sounds like lol. Dashpot adjustment is the one I’d be looking at, hanging 180’s are caused because the gearbox doesn’t stop at zero degrees so the next place it knows is 180

@shawnmbowling so took care of the hanging 180. Now it will randomly not set a full deck after 2nd ball. 5 pin will go through the chute then just sit there. Have to move the 180 lever to set them. Then it'll run fine for a few cycles and then have to hit the 180 lever again to set the deck. Weird.
