ohh maam need more such content like this, believe me you and dr trish leigh on youtube are the ones who create good contents... Would be really helpful for those who are not able to afford therapy and facing some financial constraints to fight with this disease to little extent. I can afford money for medication but right now i am unable to go to therapist for this. I know nothing can replace consulting to therapist but atleast can get through such content.

Thank you so much for your kind words! It means a lot to hear that the content is making a difference for you. You’re absolutely right-while nothing can truly replace the tailored support of working with a therapist, access to helpful information and tools can still empower you to take meaningful steps toward recovery. It’s inspiring to see your commitment to improving your well-being, even while facing financial constraints. If medication is part of your treatment, combining it with self-help strategies-like mindfulness, journaling, and behavior modification-can provide additional support as you navigate this journey. Keep reminding yourself that every step, no matter how small, counts toward progress. If this video was helpful, please consider sharing it so others in similar situations can also benefit. For more in-depth resources and strategies, visit DocSnipes.com/Clones. Are there specific challenges or topics you’d like to see more content about? I’d love to create content that continues to support your journey!
