Thank you so much for providing this high quality content. I’ve spent years unknowingly going back and forth with porn addiction and now it’s clear that it was contributing to severe stress vulnerability which then led to HPA axis dysfunction. Adderall is usually used for ADHD to help control impulsiveness and help you focus. If it helps you and doesn't make your urges worse, then it shouldn't be a problem. If it makes your urges worse, then you need to talk to your doctor about other medication options.
