Stop feedback/ Noise/ Humming sound using Noise Suppressor in pedal Chain and amp, NS2 Using Demo-2

Hello Guitar Player, This is a pedal chain order diagram presentation of how to use a noise suppressor pedal to reduce the noise or feedback coming from all gain pedals. I thought the diagram presentation would help the guitar players to figure out the proper use of the Noise suppressor pedal using the send and return effect loop.

Thank you for these diagrams. FINALLY someone provided a practical visualization for those guitarist who use gain pedals before the amp input AND time-based effects in the amp effects loop. Not every pedal user runs the entire signal chain into the amp input.

Hi, Thanks for watching my video. Yes, any dirt pedal, Placing in FX loop will perform better and could be controlled the noise better using any noise suppressor.

If I have old school fuzz pedals like fuzz face and soul bender do I place those in the “clean sound/pitch” section? To my knowledge classic circuits don’t play well with gates and certain pedals.

there is no such rule on where you wanna place the pedal. I would say, place it in clean section where i mentioned or after and try to feel yourself where your sounds great. Follow your feeling. I know many guitarist using the fuzz face at the beginning and sounded very awesome.

Hi, how to connect noise suppressor when you have a pre amp pedal and you will use this as your main amp. Pre amp pedal will be connected to return of the available amplifier. Thank you

My suggestion, Consider your pre amp pedal as the placement of the guitar amp i explained in the diagram and see how it is going to sound. Also remember that there are many purpose of using Pre amp pedal. Reason for my suggestion is correct only if you are using your pre amp pedal instead of using guitar amp.
