5 years together She ended it and said I was emotionally abusive. When I adored her and did everything for her, treated her like gold. Looking back I brought more to the relationship. Cooked, cleaned, finished school, had a job, helped her improve herself, educated myself on her condition to better communicate. Held open the door for her, pulled out her chair, kept things spicy in and out of the bedroom, listened to her problems. Etc. She didn't give those things in return. Until people come to grips with loneliness, they will continue to use "dating" as a coping mechanism. People don't want to die alone, they fear being alone and not being wanted or needed. There's a deep conflict inside of people when it comes to self worth, self confidence, etc. You might tell yourself you're dating for this reason or that reason, but most likely you're just giving in to your natural urges and filling a void you believe can only be filled with another human being by your side. Once you reach a point where you are content with who you are, genuinely in control of your urges, are no longer bothered by the feeling of loneliness, THEN will you have a clear enough mind to make the right choices in regards to women. Whether it be who you choose or what character flaws you're willing to "deal with". Most of your mistakes, most of the things you regret, almost always starts with that internal conflict you have yet to address. I suggest you guys pick up the book Consolations by David Whyte and read the chapter Alone. You will thank me later.

I married him because I wasn't aware of those things (married young) Elliott speaks (i did not come across his videos) until I became to stay a home mother, and started going to integral personal development school, doing body-oriented psychotherapy (solved some issues from the past), and in the last year coming back to my Catholic faith. I didn't value myself truly (in God). It is my responsibility, I don't blame him at all, I don't sorry myself, I just don't know what to do now, decision wise. Prepare yourself and then go and risk doing something with a strong faith, only in this way we will achieve success in everything we do. I've always been turned off by men who lacked discipline (very masculine trait that can ensure stability to the family structure). Bodycount is one of the ways we can measure discipline. But the same goes for men who watch crazy amounts of prn. So the stereotypical chad who gets all the women and the incel who watches prn alone in his room are kinda the same on discipline level since they're both 'slaves' to their instincts. But this is just the opinion of one woman. I can imagine most don't care about that. But maybe the marriage minded and conservative women will pay attention to that.

I’m Hebrew and a lot of good has come from (or through) us, such as the Bible, and there are lots of absolutely wonderful people from my ilk, but a lot of this poisonous crap is coming from us. We have had to survive in foreign lands for several thousand years and we tended to want to soften the cultural norms of our host countries to make them more hospitable to ourselves. It has almost become a compulsion for us to push boundary-removing radical liberalism to the point that there is no form left at all to the culture. We have to acknowledge our role in these things for our world to get better. We are a very intelligent people that can have (and have had) such a great and positive impact on the world if we direct ourselves properly, especially in media and education.

Another important thing to ask is who is the breadwinner in the relationship. If she is making the same to more money, that can be another reason for her lack of respect
