I took a physiology course in college and there was a section where we talked about stress and the impact it has on the body. The teacher would always say something along the lines of "There's nothing worth stressing out enough to damage yourself in this way, it's just life it's not that big of a deal"

This video came at the right time. Been feeling like things are getting harder recently but it shouldn’t have to be that way. Sure, there are bumps and potholes but it’s easier than we think. We just gotta focus and yes I agree about enjoying the process. That’s honestly the toughest part bc we’re always so motivated with getting the end result that we sometimes forget to breathe through every second. Thanks for this message girl ❤

Keep at it. I’m that person now but I spent the majority of my life as the anxious over thinker. I have truly reprogrammed my mind after a years of effort and changing my belief system. It takes a LOT to stress me out now. My last straw and motivation to break up with anxiety for good, was the implosion of some very important family relationships during the pandemic. I thought I was going to break and that the years of work were going to be undone. I stopped my nervous system cold in this process and took my power back. I wouldn’t have been able to if I hadn’t worked so hard at healing before. Don’t give up

Tried to tell me how hard dating as a divorceé in your thirties with a kid is. How hard making money from acting is…. Yeah, no My life is easy and fun. Work/life balance is easy and fun. Saying “it gets to be easy” has been the wisest thing I have been consistently doing. Thank you, God for letting me know what I desire is actually no big deal. God is infinite and the supply of divine blessings are endless! I’m completing my yoga teacher training and after a year of feeling like who am I to teach? Do I have what it takes to guide a yoga class, really? I would ruminate in fear and judgment until I decided I no longer think those thoughts. If they come I say no thanks 😊 and choose my new way of being and assume everyone is benevolent toward me and everything is working out for me because my intentions are pure. This has also caused me to get a damn backbone too! 👏🏻 Just all around feeling expansive and liberated!! IT GETS TO BE EASY.

I needed to hear this .... im dealing with my dad having severe cancer and things have been quite difficult since im the only person he has .... i have to take care of everything. He doesnt have friends or family members to support him. Already been though that with my mom tho and still been though it. Ive considered taking anti depressants just to numb the anger and pain i have. Ive never had a relationship with him, my parents divorced when i was pretty young , but i just cant bring myself to abandon him. He doesnt understand his sickness sometimes ... and life has been pretty crazy. Thanks for this , trying to be positive about it. ❤

My dad has been ill for long and today the doctor said that it might be cancer too. It has been me alone taking care of him everyday at home and staying day and night in the hospital because my sister can only visit for a short time and my father doesn't have anyone else who can watch over him aside from me. I just want to have a normal life in my productive age with experiences just like other people around my age. I want to work, I want to visit good places, hang out with friends, being in a lovely relationship, but I'm stuck. Finally I just got an offering letter and tomorrow is the beginning of the training. I'm excited about this new thing but this multi tasking is killing me.

Do NOT dismiss this video as fluff, illogical, or delusional. There is well-researched science to back up what she is saying. To keep it short, depending on the attachment style given to you by your caregivers, you developed a schema of the world that was either based on Fight/Flight or "Life is a Playground". In your mind, you feel like you are either surviving or thriving, it is one or the other. Which one determines **how** you re-act to things and these actions change your physical world in a chain reaction that you call "reality". Since it is a "schema" it means scientifically that it is the perceptual equivalent of "The Matrix". It **is** your world and you think it is "real", but it's just your perception of it. Furthermore, the amygdala high-jack is designed to make you favor what is "bad" as an ancient, primitive survival mechanism. I could go on for pages and pages but that's the shortest I can make it. Best! Lore🍃

The bills are paid, the kids are fed and healthy, I have a job I love, a spouse I adore and he adores me, and straight A's in school that my JOB IS PAYING FOR. I grew up in poverty and with multiple sources of extreme trauma. All day long I have a knot of tension and dread in my gut. Everything is so peaceful that it is stressing me out! This is the topic of the month in therapy. How do I relax in to the peace I have worked so hard to cultivate. I will try this Mantra! I think this is the key.

Absolutely wonderfully explained! :) On the other hand accepting negative emotions is crucial too because that's part of being human and has a valid purpose. Love, happiness, grief, anger, sadness they all are important. We have to embrace and experience all of them to build resilience. The key is allowing them all to be there but also let them go.

I find I am just more productive and get more done when I make things fun or use positive reinforcement. Since I am on a Hitchcock kick, I get to watch a new movie if I tackle or finish something I have been procrastinating on and I try to make mundane tasks more interesting by listening to audiobooks, podcasts and true crime shows....it allows me to get things done that I otherwise find boring but I can do something that actually interests me. Some podcasts I love I ONLY let myself listen to when cleaning or running errands. if I want to keep listening then I have to tackle something that helps my life in the long run. Sometimes I will actually get really ahead of schedule and then the next week or two seems so easy... Hang in there!

These are superficial discussions that seem good, but have no depth and basis. It's easy to talk about these things when you live in luxury and wear a Chanel necklace. You are upset that you don't have a perfect body and that you have to go to the gym, that you don't have a good diet, that you don't have a perfect job or that you don't live in luxurious conditions, these are not the real problems, these are invented problems. When you encounter real tragedies and situations when you have no place to stay, no food, serious illnesses and no support, etc., you can't really apply the rules of meditation and positive thinking.

I know this is an older video, but I just wanna say that this helped me realize that I've been holding onto my pain and suffering, because I was hoping for people to show me some compassion for what I've been through in my life. Well, long story short, nobody ever did and so I just kept holding on to the pain. My pain wanted to be seen and as long as that didn't happen, I would just keep carrying it around with me, hoping someone would acknowledge it so I could finally release it. In the end, thanks to your video, I realized that that's what I was doing and allowed myself to let it go anyway, so I no longer have to carry that burden around with me. Maybe one day I will find people who will show me the compassion that I've been craving, but I guess that time is not now and I want my life to be easier regardless. It feels like me holding onto that pain was me holding onto the hope that people are generally good. I've always assumed everyone is like me and over the years I've learned that that's simply not true. I am highly sensitive and very empathetic and compassionate. I can't stand seeing people hurt. I always want to help and feel bad when I can't. In a way I feel sad to let go of my suffering, because that means the people around me are not really compassionate. In a weird way this feels like giving up on humanity as a whole. I know there are also good people out there, but I guess I just haven't met them yet.

I live with a manipulative & bipolar mother. she chooses not to seek therapy or medication and it has affected my whole family. I am a minor so there’s not much that I can do but before I have called the police on her due to other circumstances from her. she took away my rights to see my father and has location tracking on my phone. whenever I see my family over the weekend she calls me 4+ times and it’s so mentally exhausting. of course there are many more things she has done to me, like making me feel like I’m the bad person, but. I’m ready to change my mindset to make things easier for myself. I’m tired of being treated like I’m not a person just because I’m a minor and I “don’t know better.” I do pray and believe in god & the universe. I have forgiven the things that she’s done to me for my mental health. Thank you for this video.

...up until now I thought that as well. Now I understand, and take responsibility for the reality I find myself in. On paper my life is still a 💩 show of challenges, however my experience of living in that reality has shifted. The perspective pivot has enhanced my days, created a different way of thinking, leading to expanded routes to re-create my life. When I Fiiiiinally realised it really is all on Me, everything changed. May Your life becomes what you Invision it to be. I stand for Your greatest satisfaction and fulfillment! ✨

I was laid off in early July and I told myself, "Finding a new job is going to be easy." And during that time, not only have I been approached to do freelance work, I'm also already in the third round of interviews at a great company. I don't think this would be my reality if I was telling myself "Finding a new job is going to be IMPOSSIBLE in this market"...how you see the world 100% influences how you navigate through it.

Give thanks…”In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Complaining is a prideful attitude… thinking we shouldn’t have to experience such things…. Self control of one’s selfish thoughts is necessary. There’s another Bible verse… “A merry heart is good like medicine but a broken spirit dries the bones” (Proverbs 17:22).

Good day. I'm here (on your channel) in the first time, and i didn't see you videos before. I'm a man and i have just one resonable question here now: Your content will be helpful for me when i respect all women life, but unfortunatelly I am a low ranking mammal?) Can you answer me for this weird question?) I'm 35 years old, and i never been in relationships with any girl) Because these girls, who like me, when i'm near with them or got an opportunity to speak with them, they are all make me embarrast and at this moment i feel highest intense erotic excitement/arousal and my mind instantly "explodes" and always shuts down when this happens) And this naturally makes further communication with a person absolutely impossible, because my behavior at this moment simply looks incredibly stupid) Thank you) P.S. And yes, i also got a thoughts about "I'm making my Life even difficult than it might to seem". Sorry for any mistakes about rules/grammar, i were born in Russia)

As a guy, I don't understand why you call this feminine energy? I can relate to all this. Think stuff is hard and it is. (it where I'm currently trapped) but I've also definitely experienced the reverse where when I thought stuff was easy it was. (it was even the same activity). But yeah I just think you might be alienating 50% of your audience by calling common sense feminine...

I thought I would get something out of this video, but being told to just "stop feeling like a victim" just....isn't helpful? It's like being told by an abusive parent to just ~suck it up~ after they unleash on you -- it only makes it harder. Okay, if I wanted to just "get over it" I WISH I could. There are steps here that are missing for those who truly need it and can't just think our way out of it. 😓

Yes and no. While I agree with the bulk of what you’re saying about positivity, there’s also a purpose for things like fixating on an injustice, a hurt someone’s done to you. It will give you the power to pursue justice even if from the objective point of view it doesn’t benefit you. The principle’s the important thing. It’s the same issue as sacrificing your life for a cause. ‘Logically’, losing your life isn’t worth it. But for honor justice and integrity - it’s important. I know someone who needs to be beaten to death for example, and I may do it, even though it would mean the end of my life.

I watch Rupaul's Drag Race, and there have been some contestants that the others call delusional. Valentina is probably the best example. I laughed as I watched the other queens make fun of her, knowing she had the right idea. She ended up being the head judge of Drag Race Mexico. Valentina believed she deserved amazing things and an amazing life, and she has the life she feels she deserves.

How much struggle you had in life? Just to see what kind of life experience you have. Nice video, but it’s not for everyone. For ppl with normal lives who struggle with not so big issues - yes, great for them. On the other hand, for others who has major horror happening in their life telling them it is not that serious is wild

Use neem oil for bug bites. It neutralizes the venom somehow, and in doing so, it stops the itch. Dilute it with a cream or a carrier oil. Or you can also mix it with water and spray it on your skin. The itch stops in a matter of seconds. Thanks for this awesome and very helpful video!

Sounds nice, but it's not working for me. I always had a natural assumption that things are meant to work out, or that at least things are meant to work as they should, that appliances should not break in my hands, that people in administration would do their job properly and not get me into big administrative trouble by skimping. And it's only come to bite me in the butt when I was unprepared for bad outcomes. Lots of things I encountered, from trying to set up a new tech device to trying to take care of paperwork turned out to be a thousand times harder than I ever expected, and that disappointment is also causing huge stresses in my life. Maybe it has something to do with my neurodivergent brain too, but yeah.
An ALTER EGO could change your life.
