This is legit content lol I remember my days of just consuming content and not taking any action, it's a bad spot to be in

I sometimes use my ETFs to buy dividend and growth stocks for diversification instead of reinvesting in the same place. To each their own methods though. The good thing is that you're investing in the first place and that's what's important. Salute for the content!

Hearing from an experienced investor who has survived the crisis and prospered is always comforting. It could be worrisome when your portfolio goes from green to red, but if you have invested in strong firms, you should just keep growing them and stick to your goal.

I'm a contractor, and my job doesn't permit me the time to properly analyze my holdings/evaluate stocks myself, so I've had a fiduciary actively restructuring my portfolio for the past 7 years now to match the present market condition and that's how I've been able to stay afloat, knowing when to buy and sell..

Her name is Victoria Anne Leonard can't divulge much. Most likely, the internet should have her basic info, you can research if you like

Exactly it’s not an education problem. It’s an application problem. Apply what you learned.

My problem is not getting started. My problem is long term commitment, that's been an issue in almost every area of my life since I was a teenager. Now breaking out of that mold and reconditioning is the difficult thing.

Sometimes there’s legit so much trauma at once you almost get shocked. Like I grew up obese and it took years for me to finally come to terms like hey something has to change. And it did around 19 after ending a relationship. I kept the weight off for years sometimes it would go back up but I’d reorient with self help stuff and drop back down. The last two years were epicly chaotic and catastrophic for me. But I kept putting in the work listening to B’s videos and going to therapy. It took over a year to get dialed in again. I was yo yo ing through self help videos non stop. But sometimes the pain is so bad it prevents you from getting that “action” done. I love myself enough to not self sabotage anymore. To not punish myself for the pain that others put on me. And most of all heal so I don’t hurt others in the same way. You have been an inspiration in my healing journey Bedros.

I haven't been on the Bedros bus in about a year. I've been improving but had a baby 3 months ago and fell way off. As the other comments have said, this is legit, and just what I need to get my wheels back in motion.

This is good, the challenge is that there is so much self help content that implementing it all is overwhelm , you could literally watch one episode of self help content and take a month to actually truly implement it

Brandon Carter talks about something called total immersion It’s the idea that all day every day in the shower you listen to sales calls you listen to information even as you sleep having it in the background It eventually gets itself into your reticular activation system Personally for me I don’t have friends I focus on my family and career it gets lonely when you’re alone on your path I find this content to be helpful not feeling alone while I pursue my dreams ambitions and goals

I love these videos! Where can I find the full interview? I'm the big fan of longer form content and I'd love to watch this entire interview at length

What's the point watching self help if your not going to act, doesn't it make you feel ashamed or embarrassed? imagine the person your watching for self help could see you doing nothing what would they say?

Honestly listening to positive things everyday is not going to hurt but only help it doesn’t matter when you start but that you start and you aren’t going to if you aren’t being influenced by positive self help podcasts

When thoughts are expressed through actual ACTIONS?!THAT is when change happens.Absorb the self help thoughts. Then ACTIVATE them in your life by actually APPLYING them.Read the books.Apply the knowledge.Use that motivation to become the person you wish to become.LFGO!!

I'm going to be honest, I watched all kinds of content like that and then put it all together and just started doing every bit of it 3 years ago and I'm a pretty bad MFKR now. Even if a majority of people don't actually do the thing I'm sure there are more people than other people think that are actually doing things and the videos are actually making an impact in their life. For example one of my favorite shows impact theory did a whole thing about cold showers and I was like there's no way cold showers are that impactful for saying the morning. I could not have been more wrong and now I've been taking a cold shower everyday for going on two years That's just one example.

Get out of my brain! The hardest part is seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Do it like a college class, study and do the course work, i.e. put yourself out there.
