I've never heard anyone ever say jalapeño with an English J sound. Nor tortilla with an "l" sound. Maybe because I'm in Southern California? I guess that's an advantage of living here!

I got corrected about "Perro" because I didn't roll the *rr*. I practice that too when I read Spanish text out loud.

Why is the subjunctive used at 3:29 "ahora que salga"? Is it because she is talking about the future and she is still at work?

Exactly, she’s saying that now that she’s getting off work, meaning that she’s about to get off work but it hasn’t happened yet.

does...pronounced "duz" in english, senorita. At 3:50 you said "as one dos" como two in espanol. No quiero corregirte en tu pronunciacion pero...🙃
