It is an ineffable experience, but you've done well to give it a glancing meaning through your words.

Been in this journey for 35 years now. Since age 11 when a massive kundalini rising exploded up through the bottoms of my feet, through my whole body and out the top of my head. At the same time, the warm liquid ecstasy love roared down through the top of my head in the opposite dirt and out the bottoms of my feet. It totally took over the whole body and danced it like a puppet until the intensity of it knocked the body unconscious. It changed the body and mind and emotions and energetics irrevocably. Made me hyper sensitive. Extremely so. Seeing “there’s no such thing as a separate self” years later, made the kundalini go fucking wild, pardon my French. This has occurred multiple times. In extremely charged cases, it will leap out of the body on its own and go into other people. Or it may make material changes in the world. But it makes emotions run absolutely wild. Deepest sorrow, most intense heartbreak, furious hot anger, laughing as hard as you’ve ever laughed, feeling the softest and most gentle sweetness , being bathed in the sensation of being in love, everything looking so beautiful that you weep at the beauty of it over and over again throughout the day. Feeling the extremity of terror. Experiencing the delusion “I am going to die now and be trapped for eternity in this ice cold freezing energy”. Or such peak ecstasy that it knocks the body out. Every way you can feel, this kundalini supercharges it. I say this… because I have noticed that hardly nobody speaks about the kundalini “path” who actually knows what they are talking about. Kundalini changes things so drastically. It affects the mind, the body, everything. And it can be seen that this is so. It causes manic mental illness, psychotic breaks, depression , physical issues, the works. If it is resisted at all, even if you’re not meaning to , it creates hellish blockages that can torment for weeks on end or get worse and worse and last for years. It has pushed to the brink of suicide multiple times. The saving grace, is that the more time that passes, the more it smooths out in the system, the less hellish it is. Every single intense emotion is very enjoyable. Even a racing mind is enjoyable. The body is enjoyable it is all connected. But it is hell if there are any blockages Why is nobody talking about this? It can’t be that rare. The channels that are speaking of it are full of shit, truth be told. “How to make kundalini rise”, etc. Horseshit. She strikes spontaneously. She is not required for realization of the truth. So her appearance is not inherent in every being. Anyway, she is definitely chewing up the ego. Just in a different way. It mercilessly forces you to yield and not grasp. Or it will make the experience of the body and mind and heart, unbearable. You will yield or kill yourself or destruct into drugs and addictions. This is more common than is realized. And people often have no fucking idea what is even going on and there is a huge amount of suffering that can be avoided. Anyone who reads this, thank you for receiving this expression. Just venting. Have a great day. Hope your path goes smooth. ❤

Thank you for sharing your deeply personal and intense experience. Your journey is both profound and challenging, and it’s clear how deeply it has shaped every aspect of your being. Kundalini's transformative power can indeed be overwhelming, especially without adequate guidance or understanding. You’re right-there’s a lack of authentic voices discussing its raw, unpredictable nature and the struggles it can bring. Your insights and honesty shed light on an often-misunderstood path. Please know you’re not alone in this, and your story has value in helping others navigating similar experiences. Wishing you strength, clarity, and peace on your path.

Being that awareness and ceasing the identification with the body seem to be concurrent happenings - or "non-happenings" depending on the description you choose! 😀

Yes. Conditioned mind is an energy pattern. Even the contracted awareness of mind is caught up in that repeating pattern. Underneath and around all that is silence, a void, and not a void, is the Absolute Awareness of all. It simply is. Being. That no more no less.

By “discriminate” and “see the difference” are you referring to recognition (awareness) when you are caught in a pattern? Then do you make the distinction not to follow the pattern?
