You know Forrest, in the age where there is so much of spiritual narcissism, you material comes as an perfect guide for many people out there who wants to experience the divine without the need of being trapped under the various middlemen who got stuck in the the identity of a messiah. Thank you for everything you doing.

just an hour or 2 ago i was reading jc's statement about how it's easier for a camel to pass through a needle's eye than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of god, and thought of that immediately when hearing your dream. the rich man could mean the man laden with & attached to all his identities.

It's a shame more spiritual seekers don't access their dreams, for here, the limited self, is well limited. This opens up a perspective beyond that limitation. But it takes discipline and dedication like anything of true worth. The rewards come but not as the limited self expects.

Hello Forrest Sir, I see your videos regularly and your wisdom is the only guide which i follow in my spiritual journey. I have so many questions which i wanted to ask.But not sure how i could reach you. Please let me know. I was in my third stage of spiritual eye and i was seeing the colour blue all over me.But for last few days i am not seeing the spiritual eye. Is it normal or should i just let be as you said in this video.Plz advice. Thanks a lot sir for guiding people like us who do not have a guru. You are the Guru for us. 🙏

you are right about those dreams! i have had many of them since starting kriya and before too, but most notably, aside from the one i mentioned to you in private last year, is three separate dreams where you came to [almost] teach me the second kriya. haha, each time you were about to teach it, either the dream ended or you said you would do it tomorrow or that we should all practice the prep techniques hehe. also interesting in the first dream, you had a staff, so maybe i thought in a past life you had a staff, and you were pointing to me saying, "i'm going to teach you the second kriya. yes, *you*." and then when you said that the second time, images all appeared at your feet of Krishna from when he was a baby until he was an adult. i think it was just a way of pointing out my own divine nature, but even so it is hard to interpret and i don't want to take it in an arrogant way! hehe

Forrest ji do you have students who have really busy careers? Like Investment banking or doctors? Do they manage to do their kriya regularly? I just wanted to know if its possible to progress while having extremely demanding careers.

Why do I see the spiritual eye in normal life as well as meditation? Seen it in the mirror many times in the agna and even see it sometimes in people or just the air

Forest, can you please talk about why I may not be getting the 4 proofs even though I’m breathing less than 7 in a minute and SVS?
@annier18733 ай бұрын
How long are you doing your meditations for? Are you enjoying the ride or are you pushing your meditations? Are you hydrated
@mmmbb5093 ай бұрын
@@annier1873 I'm doing about 20 min each session. I'm a recovering shallow breather and sometimes 7 breaths still feel forced and I get the air hunger. But even on my good days where I can comfortably breathe 6-7 and really enjoy it, I don't really get any of the proofs. It's only been one month since starting HRV meditation so maybe I just need to be patient?
@mohanhegde3 ай бұрын
@@annier1873I too am in the same situation as the OP above, although I'm even more relatively new to meditation (started just on and off a few months ago with Joe Dispenza videos). I'm able to do the breaths at 6bpm and SVS and can kind of feel my hands slightly pulsing after about 10 mins of HRV resonance , but not able to get any hands hot, or tingling in the lips, tingling anywhere else etc.(i.e. the other 4 proofs). I've been doing HRV since 10 days, only for about 10 mins twice in a day. So would it take a few weeks or months for these proofs to start appearing? Or should I gradually increase the meditation duration and/or reduce BPM to 3 or 4?

What is the spiritual eye trying to say?
@jvishal34603 ай бұрын
Sir Forrest, Most of the time when I do HRV breathing, my hands get cold and heavy. Is this evidence of something wrong, or is it related to my sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system?
