My ribs usually sublux on my right side, but I had one on the left go out two days ago and I have been in ridiculous pain and couldn’t get it back in. I was doing these exercises and on the last one and raising my arms and POP. Hallelujah, I can breathe again without wanting to cry! Now I just have to get the muscles to settle down. Thank you SO much, Jeannie! I have your book, but I’m loving these videos. I can’t tell you (though I know I don’t need to) how valuable it is, just to have someone GET IT! 🥰

My girlfriend suffers from multiple ribs popping out regularly. We and even doctors always spoke about strengthening the muscles which for us meant a completely different kind of exercises. We like to lift some weights so this is definitely eye opening and today we are going to start with lighter breathing. I am hopeful it will help but in any case a different perspective than we were told is always worth a shot. Thank you for the videos.

This information is so valuable. Anyone struggling with rib issues should train their breath in this manner! It’s a bit of work in the beginning, but even sitting in a chair with a room full of people you can discreetly breathe.

This could all be used to treat rib pain right? Like I may have subluxed one already or it’s just not in a great spot with pain when I twist and force stretches (which I’m stopping now after or videos) but the stretch legit felt so good on that one side where the rib pain is. Like I could tell that side was super super tight.

Hard to give specific advice without knowing cause of your rib pain.

@@JeannieDiBonHypermobility I’d say Costochondritis related. Bad chest breathing patterns. Rib just feels tight and tender in one spot on back.
