Ive had right neck, shoulder, elbow, rotator cuff pain for 10 years at only 31 years old, doctors cant find much, some say its in my head. Needless to say it affects my overall mood and outlook on life sometimes. Your videos are among the very few that relieve some of the pain and improve that mysterious injury, giving me some hope. I cannot thank you enough for that. PS: that "Behind the back ERE" pushing my hand into the back felt awesome, felt it all the way to my neck (in a good way) and felt a relief after even the first 10 seconds.

I'm saving this and working my way up. Fascia release hurt not even using a ball. Rested a minute. Then I put my hand behind my back. A little pressing. Stopped and rested in that position. Done this a few times and the fascia pain was gone. Baby steps. Thank you. Also I'm active in our garden. 75 and never giving up.

I could feel a slight but noticeable difference after a few reps of each exercise. I have slightly less pain in my shoulder just after a few seconds of each exercise which is amazing! Thank you. Appreciate all your work and great videos. Will definitely keep doing these 3 simple, gentle and effective exercises daily for shoulder mobility.

Totally rad bro. I follow your stuff....and a few others....been making improvements but getting some plateau.....and I did these exercises....and ya just know when things are clicking into place and improving....and man these did it...getting me back into progress mode. You rock. I have two other people I follow frequently....and you and those other two..the trifecta are just f$%@#ing rockstars to me. El Paso Manual Physical Therapy, Ocra MedHealth and this channel "Precision Movement" are my absolute go to for building a foundation from which I can get into some more super advanced stuff in the coming years. Can not thank you enough for your expert work. Thanks thanks thanks.

I had a bit of pain in my shoulder after I did the diamond exercise. My shoulder is already pretty bad, but was I perhaps doing it too hard? After a couple of minutes it calmed down.
@Alekhine0127 күн бұрын
And the shoulder feels pretty relaxed when relaxed. Does seem a little more irritated than normal when I move the arm much. Oh, and not in a sore way. It feels sharper, like an injury.

Hi there. I've been dealing with work comp for 4 months and they have been ignoring my neck and shoulder pain and focused only on the hand . An MRI showed nothing wrong with my hand. I have a repetitive motion injury that started from the thumb, through top of hand and forearm, outer side of arm, though shoulder and neck and the symptoms are not going away with physical therapy. I'm afraid they are going to discharge me without fixing the problem. Any exercises you suggest that could help?
