Thank you some exercises are good and some are worst. I think you can’t generalise. There is still to study which one is suitable I tried different stretch exercises How I should know which are the best suitable for me. Just below comment the gentleman stated that third exercise is not worked for him. It’s quite confusing If I sit as position T in chair my pain is relieved Please guide me Thank you for not recommending any medication it is temporary relief but side effects are worse I agree with you.

Urgent advise for my issue 1. Tiny osteophytes in L4 and L5 2. IV disc space reduced between L5-S1 3. Sclerotic changes in both SI joints but pain in my left side 4. Lumbor lordosis is normal 5. No spondylitis is seen Constantly have sciatica pain on my left side

Last one is the only one I can do....can't even lift or stretch my leg 🦵...soreness on my calf and thigh makes me unable to stand and walk when I wake up...have to endure the severe pain for an hr to able to walk again..had moan every morning due to unbearable pain. God I'm so helpless and tired of this pain,give some magic to my doctors so that they can relieve me from this burden. Backache and Sciatica have ruined my daily activities for 2 years and so on....

My doctor says I have sciatica, but have you ever heard of having a full bladder causing extreme pain in the sciatic nerves but once emptied it calms down some.

Right şef severe pain for 2 days pain in the hip remained on the shin bone blow the knee there is a limp in the food there is a nubnes in the ankle plates and ealking for 20 years have ended weakness and imbalance started I’m so srroy😔🙏

Hello doc I am 16 years old I got disc bulge 7 months ago I had pain in my left leg then I started doing stretching excrise and stop all heavy lifting but from last 3 weeks I have pain on my both legs😢.now I got right leg pain too but I don’t have numbness or tingling or muscle weakness what should I do?is it common having pain in both legs 😢 I can walk and run but in pain and is it normal😢

😂 I forget how tight people are. I wanted more flexibility in my back and my chiropractor said that can be dangerous so I did durvasasana and he agreed to help me. People save your money and do Ashtanga every morning like brushing your teeth. Plus you'll look scary when you do jiu jitsu.

I have those same symptoms and goes down the side of my leg and back but I can bend over with no pain and bend to the left side with no pain. But if I bend to the right it hurts just a little bit. And I can sit down with little pain. But standing and walking increases the pain. So why is that.
