How do you structure your sessions when training for the 200m.
When part taking in 200m training you need to have the right program in place.
With the world record held by Usain Bolt at 19.19 seconds, how do you think he trains? Running 200m repeats constantly? No! So why do coaches program this for their athletes? It baffles me.
In this video, I highlight what not to do and what to do when creating the most effective 200m training program.
We discuss sprinting workouts, training workouts and what's the best way to structure your 200m training program in order for ultimate athletic performance.
