I struggle with forearm strain a lot till the point that I stopped pushing movements for a whole year. Till this day, I still can't do dips. I train my pushing using Wall HSPUs. The strain is still there, but not as much. Can you leave me some ressources on training the wrists and forearms. I feel like that's the only way to propertly strengthen my body in order for it to deal with the workload.

Strengthening forearms should help a lot. I don't have any resources but you can google workouts for armwrestlers. Things like wrist rotations I showed in the video, farmers carry, reverse curls, hammer curls, wrist curls.
