I have a setback and did a big chop in September last year. This was a result of using gel constantly. The roots were thick. The rest much thinner. I am now cutting out chemicals and using natural diy products. I am incorporated a lot of what I have learned from you. I am seeing so much growth in such a short time. Keep up the good work.

I agree, showed your video to a friend with 4C Low Porosity hair who was getting to the point of being scared to wash her hair as it just knotted up (today's tap water contains fluoride and limescale) and it she left it to dry naturally in a protective style it would be wet for days. She tried a tea rinse made with distilled water, 3 days after a henna treatment (which dried her hair out a little) and after watching your video. The tea rinse left her hair soft and drank up the tea within hours like a nourished starved plant.

@@AnnalineRoenelOor Fenugreek tea is easily made by boiling Fenugreek seeds. Try 1/4 cup fenugreek seeds to 2-1/2 cups of water. Ring to a boil and reduce heat down to a low simmer. When the seeds are mushy and the water has a brownish color to it. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain into a separate dish/cup/measuring cup….let it continue to cool and then funnel into a mister bottle. You can add msm. Dissolve it into the fenugreek tea and use throughout the week. I use it daily… but, my hair is high porosity. I pitch the fenugreek seeds but some people keep them!! Good luck!! ❤️

Wash and condition every night ! Hey..... the time alone on this is more than i have .
@CarolynForney8 ай бұрын
@@janetg7605 My hair is relaxed, dries quickly and the beating of the shower water is a great detangler so combing is not necessary. No styling just braid, 2 strand twist or Bantu knot into a ponytail or two low pigtails. All three options result in curls when dry and loosened but I just braid and tuck it in. No pre poo or conditioning for a long time under heat . I only apply a non or low sudsing shampoo to my scalp only ,rinse then condition for 1-2 minutes and I’m done. I just discovered this some months ago and my slow growing hair that took four months to get enough new growth for a touch up now gets that amount of growth in one and a half months. I wish I followed my natural instincts in the past as opposed to believing the narrative about hair washing too often not being healthy. Although I’m relaxed I got this from the naturals.

@@janetg7605 I’m 56 and although I’ve never had issues with my hair or a relaxer the growth was slow until I accidentally bumped into the daily more scalp washing. I didn’t want to try the onions for fear of the scent lingering . My hair doesn’t dry as quickly as it use to with the daily method . Could either be that the hair is longer so there is more hair to dry or that I’m holding on to moisture which is what I wanted. My hair is highly porous but now seems to be more balanced.

Thank you for the valuable information. Beautiful as usual.😊 Can anyone confirm that it is only possible to buy the entire line and not just one product (deep conditioner)?
@lindsaychrisharmony8 ай бұрын
It's recommended to buy the entire line especially if it's a first time purchase

Do you recommend sticking to just one herb at a time? Is it cool to spritz/rinse/drink different tea daily, or is it better to stick with one or two?
@lindsaychrisharmony8 ай бұрын
It's fine to use different teas... whether you are drinking them or spritzing...they only provide your body and your hair with goodness. Then as you use them, you might find out the one or ones you prefer to use. And if you are enjoy all the ones you are using them enjoy them all.
