@@eunicekayode536 usually after a week. But I actually find frizzy beautiful as it is part of our hair characteristics. But if you blow dry or do african threading before doing your twist it will last very long if water don’t touch it. If you have it done professionally it can last 3 weeks as long as water doesn’t touch it.

I love your channel!! I have been wearing my natural hair for a few months now and have committed to not wearing any hair extensions all 2024. What you said about eating right is true because i drink alot of coffee and i mindfully got some Herbalife so i can consequently buy more fruits and berries to drink shakes instead of coffee because I fast intermediately based on how I feel . I was very busy recently and noticed my hair was dry, and it was itchy. What I did was spray my hair with enough water targeting mainly my scalp and the tips while still in twists. My hair was very grateful for that. You could do something like that as part of your bathroom routines, say, twice a week. You could also add other products. If it works, then you may be motivated to try the deep moisturising for at least once in two weeks. It's better than nothing.

You'll need to Protective style your hair so that you are not always touching it. If you choose to braid with extensions, then make sure is tension free and don't use extensions every single time.
