Hey man, i found your channel back in november when your channel started growing huge, back then i weighted 103kg (227 lbs) now im down to 84kg (185 lbs) , i am feeling so much better physically, mentally and spiritually, you spoke to us like a friend, no bullshit guides or courses. Spirit to spirit and something in me really resonated with you. You have helped me a lot by putting different things into perspective, i have grown so much since november, i feel like a new person i am no longer insecure or anxious, my social skills have improved too, i feel so much more likeable and respected. Always remember your own wisdoms that you've said this last year and that youve read from the poets, that these emotions roll in waves and phases. The moon causes the tides to ebb and flow. You'll always end up on top so long as you keep that hope and faith in the most sacred part of your soul. I was a beacon of light from 21 to 22. I inspired everyone around me. Then I got lost and felt like I was wandering through an eternal forest. This year, in my 24th year, God, the Universe, whoever or whatever, graced me again with light and patience. And I'm now a better person than before because of compassion and empathy that is acquired only through suffering. Our blessing is waiting for the perfect time to arrive. Never lose faith and hope.

I just broke up with my girlfriend because I feel that I'm not mature enough and ready to be in a relationship but I was terrified of the outcome so I texted her instead of talking face to face and I felt like I was on the verge of something dark but I brought myself back and you just helped me solidify myself so thank you.your doing the Lord's work so please keep spending your message and do what you do and thank you

I’ll be 25 tomorrow and a lot of these KZbin videos are helping me on my journey. I’ve told a couple of people already but I’m going to just go through the process of becoming an EMT 🎉 I waited too late to sign up because of procrastination but next time classes start I am joining. Im nervous but you taught me to just do it. Probably shouldn’t have told anyone so now I feel like I have to.

Hello. The way I was doing things was by time management. I kept building myself then succeded in the things that I needed. Completed my education. High School, College. I had been a photographer since I was 8 years old. Love visual arts. I also produce music. I never gave up, or wasted time. Time is very valueable. Time is very important. I have built myself with time management. There is no limit to doing anything as long as you make time.

I started meditating after a really long time yesterday and I wasn’t sure if this actually worked. I try using it as a way to gain a more grounded, mindful mindset without all the anxiety I feel in certain circumstances throughout the day. Sometimes I get into my head about this and decide it doesn’t work when I don’t even try. I’ll keep at it. We’ll see how it goes

After almost 6 months no slips, came back from a trip that was a bit stressful, and I ended up doing it 5 times in 3 weeks, today one another one... waiting till new years to do anything is a bad idea haha, puts so much pressure on you fr, I love to just start and keep going, imagine you got 6 month left in this year, just do it every day, no matter how little, putting in action, leads to movement and that's always a step forward even when things go wrong at times oh and the excitement of having gone through with it and later looking back at your journey, let it be your motivation - some personal thoughts I been having, great video as always thank you.
