Letting go hurts in the moment, but you find peace over time.

Don’t focus on any apology. Forgive even before they hurt you, pray about it, it might not always be easy.

Right I’ve learned to give myself the apology and forgiveness that I never got and acknowledge and validate my own feelings as well as evaluate the situation in terms of moving forward. Tremendous help for me to move on. It releases that expectation for validation from that person in general and much more, to acknowledge what they did wrong. You’re more free.

Sometimes you got to except an apology you didn’t receive, from a person who wasn’t even sorry, no animosity no bad vibes jus let it go it’s one the best things you’ll ever do (easier said than done I kno, but give it a try) 💪

Ive been going through a tough time this past two months (over a person) Ive been watching alot of self help videos but yours always seem to be so accurate on the feelings ive been going through in these times. Its like I was meant to watch your videos! I first started with "Chasing a feeling" video and understood quickly it was an attachment. Just letting you know you are changing lives and Im very grateful for your videos! Keep it up and wishing you the best from Brooklyn
