Hi Sir, you can only get manual from service center. Its not available online. Discover 125 st 4 valve valve clearance: inlet: 0.05 mm and exhaust 0.1 mm standard.

Heloo i have a boxer 150 and anytime i start accelerating fast it keeps on cutting as if it want to gor off until i reduce the speed .have checked the carburator and plug but still no change wat could be the matter

Try to idle the bike for 5 minutes before taking on ride. Also you need to check the valve clearance.

@@PavanKumarHB yes like tup tup and bike goes off. Only Morning times after warm no problem How to solve. Carburetor Cleaned, new spark plug, ht coil, air filter, fuel tap. Still it occurs

This looks like tappet not adjusted correctly. There are many service man who doesn't know correct tappet clearance reading so they adjust wrongly. And in most of the 4 stroke bikes there is starting lag means you need to warm up engine for 3 mins. Then you can take the bike for ride.

Abhinanda, misfire is 100% caused by wrong tappet clearance. Even in the authorised showroom they don't set the tappet clearance perfectly. Forget about local service centers, they use shaving blades for tappet setting. Get yourself a feeler gauge and open engine cap and set the clearance.
