The different between SA victims and false allegation victims is one has every safety net, support network, and the whole justice system on their side, and the other gets shamed for not getting over it.

Many years ago, in Canada I know someone whose career was destroyed by such a false accusation. The woman making the accusations told me that it was ok, because she said men of that rac* we too s*xual to teach children. Others agreed with her! He had difficulty... I have also worked with a woman's centre and know far too many people who were SA victims, but weren't believed. The person making the false accusations destroys more than one life.

A few years ago there was a news article about a woman who accused this college student of SA, he was kicked out of school and had his life ruined, it was later revealed he had never even met the women, and she had just seen him outside her house as he was going to a party and didn't like the way he looked... I cannot fathom accusing someone you never met of SA and ruining their entire life like that.

And remember that story about a caccusain American who accused a young man of African descent of SA and he was brutally beaten and murdered by the locals, his family was berated for decades, and in her frikking 80s she came clean.... She got to live a nice and happy life while this young promising college student who just came home to visit his family was killed, and his family who not only lost their child but had to deal with the fallout of being called the parents of a ra*ist

@@nazernazer4166 One news article had a similar thing, but you can still look up videos here on yt. He served a few years, she got busted and outed by a friend when boasting about it, and get this: she laughed all the way to and in court, had to serve only a few weekends in jail to not ruin her life, and the guy was interviewed sleeping on a park bench completely destitute, his mother took a self inflicted short drop over her son having to serve lik 30-40 years and she had nobody left and was a pariah. Best part? Judge made her pay her victim.... a few thousand dollars because she coudl not possible pay a lot more. And the park bench is proof she didnt even do that. No filing a fat lawsuit, she has to pay already.

“She is clearly struggling” yes she is and so instead of self improvement, she started to bring everything to her level. If she wanted help OP probably would have helped, instead she wanted to ruin someone’s life so she wasn’t the only one struggling. That is both unforgivable and unneeded in life.

Not gonna lie this video title makes me think of a possibility that is absolutely terrifying. I am a completely blind person and I am using technology to type this I have been so for seven years at this point currently 26. My biggest fear is that somehow a person without eyesight will be me to/falsely accused and even with proof of the disability the woman will still be considered the victim. I'm sure all of us have heard of the Karen who literally forced a blind man with gym staff to leave even after he proved his disability with his ID. And all because she said he was staring at her
@wolfehologram3539
@wolfehologram3539 2 ай бұрын
Friend, I hate to tell you this, but your fear is justified. We currently live in a society that is skewed rather badly and a lot of people are suffering for it. The safe thing, and the reason why gyms are closing left and right, is to just stay away. Leave women in peace and avoid them, as they have asked us to do. Find peace with the friends you know you can trust and do what you can to protect yourself, such as avoiding being alone without a reliable witness, whether that is a person you can trust or a camera whose evidence can exonerate you in court.

It is absolutely not something they say, not in repetition months apart. I actually do know how therapists work, one was a family member, the other 3 I've visited in person and asked questions about. This was an AI fabricated video and you've simply been duped by it. Look at all the other made up stories and you will begin to notice some patterns within each subject matter.

So she accuses him of a heinous act, nearly ruining his life, later reveals she lied, and somehow he is still the bad guy here? The #disrespect is on another level. Sadly, I can relate, on a lower level. I have a sister that accused me of financial crimes over a decade ago. Lawyers and all were involved. Haven't spoken to her since. Last year was at a wedding she attended as well. Heard from others that she seemed to want to talk to me but didn't approach me [I made sure the wedding party that invited me knew that there would be no problems as long as SHE LEFT ME ALONE.] Only my dad pulls the "family" card on me every so often, to which I tell him that anyone who tries to dishonestly force money from me is stealing my ability to put food on the table for my boys and is certainly no friend of mine, let alone FAMILY WHO SHOULD KNOW BETTER. And he should reserve his FAMILY lectures for her, maybe teach her what family is supposed to mean and where duty, respect and accountability fall into that equation.

a false accusation of anything is to bear false witness against a neighbor. The reason that is one of the 10 commandments is because it leads to the death of said neighbor. not exactly murder, but very close. a false accusation can easily lead to someone committing suicide. If the OP went to jail for it, he would get murdered by inmates even if it didn't happen. people have been killed for less. Can't be expected to get forgiveness from someone you tried to have killed.

As a brown man (usually on the chubby side) with a beard, i am constantly terrified of something like this happening to me. Being falsely accused of something stupid has been happening to me since highschool, and ive somehow managed to get out of it unscathed, usually by having witnesses come forward, or asking questions the accusers can't answer. But most kf those times ive only survived because of "proof" that i had to present, i was never "believed" usually the lighter skinned accuser was always given the benefit of the doubt. Now as a 30 year old, i am always terrified of something like this happening and me not being able to prove my innocence. Ive been playing with the idea of maybe buying a bodycam, but (apparently this has changed) filming in public didn't used to be allowed where im from, and im afraid of getting into more trouble, or the body cam turning into a point kf fuel of the false narratives i.e (he is a creepy pervert filming us)

the biggest thought I had about this whole incident is 'would they have pushed her to reconcile with you if you HAD SA'd her?' I feel like Falsely accusing people of SA is just as bad, if not worse than actual SA. the victim is hurt and their lives are changed rarely for the better. The biggest difference is that the more times the former happens, the less people are gonna believe when the latter happens. People should have the safety and opportunity to report horrible acts that have been inflicted on them without the fear of being seen as one of the numerous assholes that just want to lie in order to hurt someone. People who are innocent get shoved into prison and broken while actual r*pists may end up walking away and real victims are left by themselves in the cold. It's not okay and I'm sick and tired of people just trying to shrug it off or force people to make up with someone who had abused their trust and peace of mind.

The people who demanded reconciliation were the same people who shunned their "family" when they believed the sister's lies. They don't want bio sis and op to reconcile for their sake, they want them to apologize by proxy so THEY don't have to feel guilty about defending a compulsive liar in destroying someone's life. These people didn't want those two to heal, THEY wanted to bury what they did to a victim.

OP's relationship with his sister is like a victim of snakebite. What she accused him of had the potential to destroy him. His whole family keeps pressuring him to let bygones be bygones but he still sees a snake... which she truly is. Every family wants peace but peace at any cost (just ask Neville Chamberlain) gets you WW2. Sure she is struggling and everybody now hates her but that is her problem and only she can fix that. Of course she'd have to truly want that and have to put in years of work to undo all the wrong she has done. OP does not mention it but I think that her false accusation against him was only one of many lies and betrayals against most (if not all) the family. It is likely the first and the worst so his sister figures that if she can smooth this over then she can perhaps win everybody else back. OP is the first domino. He cannot expose himself to her malicious lies again. What would be the benefit of cuddling this viper?

What I find telling is the comparison between how the family treated the bio sister after they knew she lied and how they treated the OP prior to that when all they had to go on was the sister's word.

Being falsely accused is EQUIVALENT of having a CURSE placed upon you. Especially if the false accusation is hideous or outright criminal. This is why I haven’t seen any of my family since 1999. Furthermore, I have never seen any of my family from 1982 to 1999. Yeah, a religious type of family on top of that.

The ones pushing for reconciliation are looking at it from the "It can't REALLY have been that bad ..." point of view. Besides, it didn't happen to THEM, so that's another reason it's meaningless to them.

I don't agree with some of the outside views on false claims like this. Men or women should be held accountable for making false claims and getting sent to jail for it. People's lives are getting destroyed by this. They suffer major depression and loss of money trying to clear their name. This doesn't mean people shouldn't come forward to make a claim. They shouldn't be allowed to just get a slap on the wrist with hardly no consequences. The dude has every right to be upset with his sibling. His life will never be the same. She will just go on like nothing happened because she said sorry.

False accusations of any criminal wrongdoing, not just SA, should never be forgiven. This s***'s getting way too common. And I know this is probably a fake/ai story. But these are real issues that keep cropping up everywhere.

26:24 Didn't he kinda indirectly show that he didn't give her any real chance? She said "I'll do whatever it takes to prove I'm on your side". With the way OP limits contact with some of his family wtf else does he expect his mom to do after she properly apologized (which he also indirectly admitted he accepts at a bare minimum earlier cuz the sister didn't apologize and he pointed that out as such) and even kicked the sister out? Honestly, it sounds like OP got too used to being the victim that it is all he can see himself as.

I know he finally gave her forgiveness, but in his posts, there are little nuggets of what seems to be victim cementation. The "I finally feel like i had an ally" at the very end only reinforces my thinking on that because he already said he had allies within the family like his aunt who have stuck with him since the beginning. He doesn't see the mostly unforgiving attitude he has is poisoning his mind and relationships. It's a big reason why forgiveness is so important, NOT just for the other person, but for yourself too

If the bio-sister really cared she would have left the him alone. But no all she cared for is likely her own feelings on the matter. By extension the family that was on her side never considered his choice, his feelings, his struggle, his trauma. I hope this story is fictitious cause it is rather depressing, but unfortunately fiction or not this types of stories has happened in real life.

OP.. Look into a lawyer. You may have to put your bio sister through the court for false accusations. She needs to pay some prison time and compensation to you. Reconciliation with her is too late. WAY too late. Forgive her and let her face Court and then God. then file a restraining order on those who still support her.

Respectfully, this guys are doing the most all he has to do is tell them to stop talking to him and block them, but it seems like he’s going through every length just to keep it going. Like writing a letter is absolutely insane. Just let it go and I don’t mean to forgive his sister because that should never happen. He should just stop talking to everybody if it’s that big of a deal.

This is why I let me analytic mind take in all information before blindly believe anything. Some people call me cold because of that (believe me I'm not, I'm very empathic). But impressions, just version of the events make me cautious. I like facts, to understand circumstances. I remember years ago in France there was a case of a group of people being accused of pedophilia. The story sounded very believable, they were tried and all... It took a very long time for the truth to come out and for the children to admit it had been a lie.
