What kills me is the fact that you said to your ex, “why so you can be the only one to beat me?” and the fact that these things were happening to you with all of these adults around and NO ONE helped you. It makes me so disgusted. I hope that my house can be a safe space for my children’s friends one day.

Right 👍 I'm with you. I hope as my baby gets older she's a toddler now that her friends can always call or come over to eat and have a safe space to lay their head.
@sierrahlynn36423 жыл бұрын
Exactly!!! idk how all these fucking grown adults were okay with an actual child wandering around all day with no where to go, no food to eat, no place that they can lay their head at night and feel safe... to the point where this child has to make the decision to go back to an abusive exes house to have a place to shower and sleep... it’s actually disgusting the way the adults in her life treated her, like the peaches wanted her to be there sooo bad to clean up behind Sam and keep her company but she can’t sleep there while they’re gone?? That’s so fucked up especially since it was really Sam’s fault that she didn’t have a place to stay at that point. I pray that one day I can be that mom that all the kids know they can come to my house and have a hot meal, a shower and a place to sleep safely for the night or however long they need bc I’ve known a few in my life and they have showed me the kind of woman and mother I will try my absolute hardest to be.

Same here sis.. i finally told my mom about her "man" raping me for years when i was 12, she laughed and said i had obviously enjoyed it otherwise i would've told her earlier and went on to beating my ass for "sleeping" with her man... When he got home that day she confronted him in front of me, he admitted to raping me for the past 5 years and she still sided with him. I was already a recreational user of a bunch of stuff by 12 like weed, booze, etc.. but after that it was a very messy ride down a very steep hill for me. I became a hooker by 14 b/c i needed a lot of money to keep my ass as high as possible all the time to the point of many manyyyyy overdoses and was addicted to a lot more stuff. This went on until i turned 19 when i was taken to my first AA meeting. In a few days i will be 11 years sober. To this day she is still with him and has always made him a priority. I still have to see him at family gatherings and pretend its all good. I know its toxic! I really do, but for some sick and twisted reason i cannot keep away from my mom i love her and it hurts to do so. When tensions run high (higher than normal that is) i keep myself distanced for a while but eventually we always rekindle. Its a rollercoaster, a terrifying one. All i know is i will never become her, i have 3 kids who know can come to me for anything and everything and will always have my unconditional love and support.

Man this upsets me so much that you continuously couldn't catch a break. I'm mad at anyone that came in contact with you during your childhood. They were ALL terrible. So glad the Lord was watching over you and you're so blessed now. You deserve a Netflix series on your life. Thank you for sharing and opening up your heart

Idc what anyone says, if you jump someone you're a coward!!! Especially if you get your friends to help you beat up one person. If you choose to fight someone, you fight them, not you and your friends. I got love and respect 4 u, Alexis 🥰

Just finished your storytime. It makes me so sad when I hear about all the things you've experienced in your life at such a young age. Wish I could give little Alexis a hug, your resilience is admiring.

I was crying so hard when your mom took you to eat 😭 I carried a lot of resentment for my mom as well. So much betrayal 💔 I'm slowly starting to speak on my truth too. It's freeing

I started bawling (honestly the ugly crying) when you said your moms smoke was she was so helpless. I feel like that all the time with my kids when something happens to them and I wasn’t there to to protect them. The more I listen to the more I wish I could hug the young you and tell you it’ll all be ok, you are loved and wanted. Then tell you about what an amazingly beautiful women you grew into, inside and out.
